We are seeking sponsors who are interested in promotion of their company/service in this event. There will be online marketing of the event via social media and personal contacts in different organisations working in Netherlands; thus helping us connect to a wide range of audiences across Netherlands. If you want to avail this opportunity and be a part of this event; and at the same time promote your company/business before and during the event you can do it via any of the following sponsorship options:
Exclusive sponsor: Price: 500 Euros (Excluding VAT)
- Promotion of Company Products at Event Site (Eg: Car Companies can display 2 latest car models at the Event Site)
- Company Video Advertisement Promotion at Event Site on TV Screen (120-150 secs video to be provided by the company)
- Promotion on Company Standing Banner at Event Site ( One Standing roll-up Banner to be provided by the company) Refer specifications for banner size mentioned in Annexure I
- Display of company name in digital flyer.
- Online promotion along with Event Ad.
- Option for Company to provide printed flyers/gifts which will be added to the goodie bag to be distributed among the participants.
- Company has an option to choose gifts from the Annexure II (This will have an Additional cost as per chosen gift)
